The Adventures Weightloss program is unique and exclusive to AWL, but is best described as a 3 phase modified Mediterranean Diet, highly customized to your body’s exact needs, designed to decrease body fat while retaining muscle mass. Our chief medical advisor is a doctor with more than 34 years medical experience, over 24 of those years working directly with the body’s reaction to different foods and the area of environmental health.

Phase 1 will continue until you achieve your target weight, you are then reassessed and move into the "Phase 2" portion of this program, which prepares your body for lifelong health and ideal weight maintenance. "Phase 3" gives you all the tools and support needed for enjoying life after the program.

We will introduce foods that enhance proper Insulin utilization and thereby naturally control blood sugar levels. By providing optimum levels and combinations of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats in your diet, nutrients are maintained during the day when you are most active.
