Follow Ian's Adventure

Ian MauriceHi I'm Ian Maurice

One of the most common New Year resolutions is to lose weight and this year I am going to do it with the help of Adventures in Weight Loss. I'm going to lose 10 kilos beginning in February – wish me luck!

My good friend and fellow announcer, Peter Dick, is going to keep me on track by coaching me along the way.  Listen to 4BC Afternoons Weekdays Midday – 3pm Ian Mauriceto hear how it happens.  Or take the challenge with me by going to Adventures' program page.

Check out my before photo!  It's not pretty but I am hoping to become a poster boy within a couple of months…

See you at the finish line!
Ian
